Chief Operating Officer and Founder
Alan T. "Blues" Baker
Alan T. Baker has over 34 years of direct chaplaincy experience. He now trains, supervises, and endorses prospective and current chaplains in a variety of settings. Baker's experience includes service in college, corporate, and military chaplaincy.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Baker rose to the rank of rear admiral. He currently teaches at Fuller, Gordon-Conwell, and Wesley seminaries.
Alan is passionate about workforce chaplaincy and sees it as the most exciting and fastest-growing segment of specialized soul care.
Alan released the book Foundations of Chaplaincy: A Practical Guide in 2021.
Chief Operating Officer
Chaplain Dunn is a retired chief of staff and combat veteran with three decades of experience as a chaplain in direct support of the United States Navy and Marine Corps personnel assigned worldwide. As Director of Human Resources, he was responsible for resourcing, training, and equipping 2,000 chaplains and spiritual support employees. He supervised 100 spiritual care teams supporting 100,000 employees, and their families, with more than 400 workforce units globally.
A graduate of the Clear Creek College, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Princeton Theological Seminary, Doyle rose to the rank of Captain in the United States Navy.
Doyle’s passion is serving people and strengthening organizations.
Chief Financial Officer
Rubye Taylor-Poole is the Chief Financial Officer of ChaplainCare. As a chaplain’s spouse, she invested 28-years supporting military service members, civilian employees, and eligible family members.
Rubye is a graduate of Rust College and served as an executive assistant at a nonprofit organization that provides free attorney representation and advocacy to ensure equal access to justice for the most vulnerable members of our society.
Rubye is a philanthropist and has volunteered two decades of her time, talent, and treasure as a nonprofit chief financial officer.
Chief Talent Acquisition Officer
Chaplain Hendricks brings 41-years of professional ministry experience, including 30-years in chaplaincy. Before joining the ChaplainCare Team, he served as the senior talent acquisition officer for the employment of chaplains in direct support of a large, globally distributed organization with a diverse workforce of over 563,946 highly engaged employees.
A graduate of the Palm Beach Atlantic College, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, he retired as a Captain in the United States Navy Chaplain Corps.
His expertise ensures you fit and fill your chaplain positions with vetted and credentialed professionals ready to help people whenever they desire spiritual or faith-based direction.
Chief Learning Officer
Kimberly Sawatsky Moses
Chaplain Moses served 22-years on executive leadership teams in various chaplain roles, including recruiting, training, education, and executive director of the Navy Chaplaincy School and Center.
A graduate of the Trinity Western University and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, she retired as a Captain in the United States Navy Chaplain Corps.
Kimberly creates innovative pathways for earning industry-recognized short-term credentials to meet current and future workforce faith, leadership, and lifelong learning needs. Her life-transforming ministry increases educational attainment, career advancement, and global economic success.
Kimberly inspires others to grow, learn, serve, and live meaningful lives.
Chief Strategy Officer
Chaplain Poole, before joining ChaplainCare, served as a chaplain in diverse faith-friendly multicultural workforce ecosystems.
A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Memphis Theological Seminary, Princeton Theological Seminary, and Wesley Theological Seminary, he retired as a Captain chaplain in the United States Navy.
Johnny is “Blessed To Be A Blessing.” He finds meaning in leveraging corporate social responsibility partnerships to help future generations flourish while achieving their stretch goals and dreams.
