ChaplainCare is a direct result of the vision and efforts of a seasoned team of professional chaplains. We are passionate about the direct correlation that acknowledging faith, spirituality, and religious accommodation in the workplace has on well-being, engagement, and productivity. By closing the gap in this essential and often missing facet of care, we ultimately function as catalysts of organizational health, community, and overall success.
Our passion for the impact and value of Chaplaincy in all work environments is based on over 208 years of combined experience. Our expertise accelerates workforce recruitment, employee well-being, job fit, trust, upskilling, and professional growth from leadership to the front lines through measurable performance metrics. Our leaders are passionate in their support of organizations that prioritize and affirm faith, spirituality, and religious accommodation as core values.

Foundations of Chaplaincy:
A Practical Guide by Alan Baker
Chaplaincy is unlike any other kind of ministry. It involves working outside a church, without a congregation, usually in a secular organization. It requires ministering to those with starkly different religious convictions, many of whom may never enter a house of worship. It is, as Alan Baker writes, “ministry in motion.”
ChaplainCare is Supported by the CC Taylor Foundation
ChaplainCare is grateful for the support of the CC Taylor Foundation. Based in Holly Springs, Mississippi, the CC Taylor Foundation is a faith-led, values-driven nonprofit organization offering social impact partners opportunities to close vast educational and professional equity gaps. The organization was awarded a 2023 Platinum Transparency designation from GuideStar.
The CC Taylor Foundation is focused on the philanthropic provision of endowed scholarships, undergraduate S.T.E.A.M. scholarships, professional continuing education, ministerial and chaplaincy stipends, and good samaritan outreach. The organization honors the life's work and legacy of Reverend Charlie E and Cinderella S Taylor Sr.
